||Once I began to keep a food diary I noticed a few patterns that occur from week to week in my eating habits. Here I take average readings from five weeks and show the time of day that I consumed the most calories. Each circular chart relates to a clock face and each bar shows the average number of calories eaten each hour. Morning and afternoon readings are shown using different colours. It is obvious from these that I rarely eat breakfast and most of my eating is done in the evening. Fridays are quite distinctive as I often eat a large lunch and curry in the evening. Sundays are the only day I regularly eat breakfast and Mondays lunch often consists of cake only.
